We are back after a bit of a hiatus with an adventure for you!
We set out to hike an area of the East Coast of Barbados we haven’t yet explored along with Wild Barbados guiding us along. We had a fantastic day of learning, exploring and hiking. The highlight was building a fire in the middle of the jungle and creating an incredible breadfruit meal that was loved by all.. well the adults anyways. We learned so much from history involving the Amerindians, the Arawaks, slavery to various plants and the numerous healing elements that are found right in nature. Not to mention the incredible views from the jungle floor to the highest peak. This is one adventure you will want to join in on.
