Selling all our belongings ?
We will be ringing in the New Year from our quarantine hotel in Barbados! Flights are booked leaving California to NYC and then onto Barbados just in time to see the ball from on New Years Eve as we cozy up together and start our new adventure.
We are in the chaos phase of this move right about now and our house is in shambles! Keeping the focus on the desired outcome which is a relaxing and fun month of December catching up with friends and family as we enjoy our last days in the US.
The purging process isn’t always fun, especially when there are so many sentimental items you wouldn’t necessarily be getting rid of unless you were embarking on the kind of adventure we are. The thought of being attached to a very minimal amount of “things” does sound incredibly freeing and keeps us motivated when it literally feels like we have been purging for months with no end in sight.
Life lessons being learned for us all and we are excited to see where this new adventure leads us!!
