As of the date if this post, April 29, 2021, the last explosive eruption from the La Soufrière volcano took place on April 22 2021. It is very important to note that the volcano is still continuing to erupt, even though explosive eruptions and tremors have lessened…at any time with no warning, they can kick back up and as such a red alert level remains for St. Vincent. The people of St. Vincent still very much need help!
We continue documenting our journey on the island of Barbados. We explore the cleanup that has taken place here, and what life is starting to look like on Barbados, post volcanic Ash covering.
