We made a last minute decision to escape the heat and horrendous air quality within the Sacramento area due to surrounding fires and head to another area of California we love- Angels Camp/Murphys, CA.
This quaint area is full of fun for everyone. The close proximity to Sacramento makes it an easy place to feel like you have truly escaped your day-to-day life yet you are still so close. We have day tripped many times before, however, we love getting to spend a few days and overnights here.
